‘Samgyyeopsal’ – Korean grilled pork belly. Pork belly is as Korean as rice, perhaps more so as Koreans have been eating pork as a staple longer than they have white rice.

My take on this staple produces the melt in your mouth feel of the Korean classic while adding a sticky sweet and spicy coating from our FTK Love sauce as a glaze. Top it with a sprinkle of Busan Sea Salt, a drop of Korean rice vinegar, sesame seeds and a slice of Serrano!
