@Marshpaddler spent his entire life in the woods and waters. He will happily carry on a conversation about the changing face of our landscape, hunting opportunities, and general history. As a lifelong outdoorsman from a NJ Baymen family that used the bounty of the woods and waters for over a hundred years, he began his guiding career as a teenager, some 40 years ago, with big-water duck hunts the norm at the time. Moving from Chesapeake Bay Retrievers early in life to Versatile Dogs such as GWP’s and now his beloved Llewellyn Setters, his love of upland hunting leads him throughout our great nation in pursuit of upland game birds in front of a stylish point. We would love for you to join us! From the Prairies of North Dakota, to the North Maine Woods and the adventure of following the American Woodcock migration through the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Beginning in South Jersey, throughout the famed coverts of Cape May County, and ending in North Carolina, with the addition of Wild Quail in the pursuit. I have been doing this for a long time. Honestly, partly because I am afraid these outdoor pursuits of ours may die with us.
