What a day for sheer numbers. With only one day left in the season here in South Jersey, we moved north of 30 birds. Only one made it to the bag from a litany of jumpy wild flushes, foul shooting, and lots of laughs. My camera-shy sport and I enjoyed some great dog work and lots of funny moments, which is what really matters!

High note number two, we are sending 29 more south to our friends waiting for them.
Tomorrow is the last day of our season, and though we may get a slow start, we will be at it on the first day of the New Year.
