FTK ‘Yangnyeom’ Wing Sauce
Our chicken wings are a crowd pleaser wherever we serve them. The secret is our version of Korean ‘Yangnyeom’ sauce. A cherished recipe that takes 8-10 hours to develop fully. Let’s face it, that’s a lot of work for you folks. With that in mind we have a modified ‘Quick’ version we have been using for the past few months and it is delicious! We can’t wait for the Upland Season to get here so we can take you on a journey with this sauce and the many species of game birds we will be blessed to harvest along the way. This is not limited to wings, use it on breasts, thighs, did your chips in it!
