Traveling for business is not as much fun as it used to be but this trip was going to be special. I have been planning a visit to the now going viral Hong Dumpling House for months. What an absolute joy, Peter is as wonderful in person as he is in his online persona. The mandu 🥟 was spectacular, a walk down memory lane of my Dear Miss Mary. The care of the ingredients and the folds reminded me of the gift I had in my mother and her food with every bite and possibly a tear or two. If you are in Dallas this is a must have treat!
